I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy in my practice. I have chosen these approaches because I believe in identifying the root cause to get a better understanding of the "why." Once that is determined, we can work together to not only learn how to cope with past and current symptoms but heal and work towards a happier, more productive life for you moving forward.
